Hi, I’m Taylor — mom of two girls, Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator and
Baby-led Sleep & Wellbeing Specialist.

When my first daughter was born, I followed the advice most parents are given—I tried traditional sleep training. Even though it didn’t feel right, I convinced myself it was what I should do.

Then came my second daughter. Her sleep was more complex, and every part of me knew that using the same methods wasn’t the answer. That’s when I discovered the
baby-led, connection-based approach to sleep—and everything changed. Once I saw the impact it had on our family, I knew I needed to share this support with others.

For the past
five years, I’ve been supporting families as a
birth doula, a role I still hold close to my heart today. Whether I’m guiding parents through birth or helping them navigate the early months of sleep and wellbeing, my mission is the same: to offer grounded, compassionate support rooted in
evidence-based care
and parental intuition.

Now, as a baby-led sleep and wellbeing specialist, my work is about so much more than sleep. It’s about helping families find rhythm, connection, and confidence in the early years—without sacrificing closeness for rest.
